The project with the unusual name “Silos 13” is a rather unusual distribution center for cement. From the site on the southwest outskirts of Paris in the 13th arrondissement (hence the name) the cement goes out to the construction sites of the French capital. Since the plot next to the city motorway was quite small, the planners of the vi · b architecture, led by Bettina Ballus and Franck Vialet, have chosen a multi-part structure. There are two 37m high main silos for the cement and two horizontal tubes for offices and laboratory use.
The video shows the development of the project from 2012 to 2014.
