The new middleschool in Meckenbeuren (Southwest Germany) is an extension of a typical school building of the 1970ies. The “Bildungszentrum Meckenbeuren” by K+H Architekten is a good example of how learning environnements should be made these days. The Stuttgart-based practise K+H Architekten created a flexible variety of spaces for multiple uses. This is appreciated by both scholars and teachers.
